Hawaiian Style Rentals exclusive limited liability warranty warrants that Hawaiian Style Rentals will provide a 6 month unlimited mileage warranty parts and labor for used mopeds sold by Hawaiian Style Rentals with said warranty to begin on the date of the delivery of the moped to customer. This warranty is for failure of mechanical parts under normal use conditions and does not cover damaged parts due to abuse, misuse, or outside damage causes. This warranty is further limited in that maintenance on the moped for the warranty period must be kept in accordance with Sanyang industry Owner’s manual.
